Returns Policy

WHAT can be returned?
CPAP 4 Less is not obligated to provide a refund of products purchased if you have changed your mind about the product.   

In the instance of major fault/defects of purchased equipment, We will meet our obligations, according to Australian Consumer Law, to provide replacements, or refunds, including shipping costs, subject to assessment of faulty equipment by CPAP 4 Less or by the product's manufacturer.  All faulty equipment must be notified in writing to info@cpap4less.com.au, stating the fault type and attaching the purchase receipt. 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Unopened, unused and in original packaging products may be returned after discussions with CPAP 4 Less, 7 days after purchase. No returns will be accepted after the product has been opened.

Faulty equipment can be return after discussions with CPAP 4 Less, according to the manufacturer's product warranty. Manufacturer's warranty for CPAP devices is 2 years; for CPAP masks and accessories is 3 months from the date of purchase. When the extended warranty has been paid, the warranty is extended by a period of 3 years.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
The customer should contact CPAP 4 Less prior to arranging the return of any equipment purchased. Equipment should include the purchasing receipt.  Equipment is to be returned to PO Box 14, Greenslopes QLD, 4120.

HOW do customers return items?
Equipment is to be returned via Australia Post to PO Box 14, Greenslopes QLD, 4120.

SHIPPING for returns?
The customer is responsible for all postage of product return.

CREDIT for returns?
CPAP 4 Less will handle all warranty claims on behalf of the customer. Any refunds or exchange of purchased equipment will be provided at our discretion and subject to the satisfactory return of the product and the nature of the fault described by the customer.  Any refund of non-faulty equipment will incur a 15% restocking fee and products must be returned in their original sealed condition.  Any sealed products that have been opened will not be accepted.

All returns are to be made via Australia Post.

Packing materials?

Returned equipment should be packed in a manner that ensures the integrity of the product. Sealed products such as masks must be returned in the original packaging.
